Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data Ready Pip holds about you at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1 — Request full deletion by email

1. Email charlotte@readypip.com from the email address registered with your Ready Pip account.
2. Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and include your venue or account name.
3. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm to you that it is done.

This deletes everything Ready Pip holds about you:

• Your account and profile details
• Your conversations with Pip and any photos you uploaded
• Drafted, scheduled, and published post records held in Ready Pip
• Review data and drafted replies held in Ready Pip
• All data obtained from connected platforms (Instagram account details, media records, insights) and the access tokens that connected them
• Analytics data stored about your accounts

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example billing records).

Deletion in Ready Pip does not delete posts or replies already published to your own social accounts — those live on your accounts and remain under your control on each platform.

Option 2 — Disconnect your Instagram account only

If you only want to revoke Ready Pip's access to your Instagram account:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings.
2. Go to Website permissions (or Apps and websites, depending on your app version).
3. Find Ready Pip and select Remove.

This immediately invalidates Ready Pip's access token for your account. We then delete the Instagram data we hold for that account (account details, media records, insights) within 30 days. You can also ask us to do this immediately by emailing the address above.
