Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Ready Pip, an AI marketing assistant for small hospitality businesses, operated by Charlotte Andrews, United Kingdom [legal entity name and company number to be added on incorporation]. By creating an account or using Ready Pip you agree to these terms.

Contact: charlotte@readypip.com

1. The service

Ready Pip provides a conversational AI assistant ("Pip") that helps you create social media content, schedule and publish posts to social accounts you connect, draft replies to customer reviews, and review marketing analytics. Ready Pip is currently offered as an early-access product; features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and using Ready Pip for a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Connected platforms

Ready Pip connects to third-party platforms (such as Instagram and Google Business Profile) only with your authorisation. By connecting an account you authorise Ready Pip to access it and act on your behalf as described in the app — for example publishing a post you have scheduled or approved.

You must comply with the terms of each platform you connect (including Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). Ready Pip is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Google, or any other platform. You can disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes Ready Pip's access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide — photos, text, brand assets — and the posts created from it. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service (including sending it to the AI providers and platforms described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and publish, including images of people and third-party trademarks.

5. AI-generated content

Pip drafts content using AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your business. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published — nothing is posted to a connected account without your prior approval or scheduling. We make no guarantee about marketing outcomes (reach, engagement, footfall, review ratings, or otherwise).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ready Pip to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive; to send spam; to violate any platform's terms; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or to reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.

7. Fees

Ready Pip is currently free during early access. If and when we introduce paid plans we will give you clear notice and pricing before you are charged anything.

8. Intellectual property

Ready Pip — including the app, the Pip character, branding, and underlying software — is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to it other than the right to use the service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Ready Pip available and working well, but as an early-access product it is provided without an uptime commitment. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or product changes.

10. Termination

You may stop using Ready Pip and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for us, other users, or the platforms we integrate with. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (4, 8, 11, 12, 13) do so.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly set out in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the amounts you paid us for the service in that period.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Ready Pip after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
